Whether you're looking for support, guidance, or just someone to help you make sense of your child’s communication journey, we're here for you. We offer virtual and in-person caregiver consultations to families throughout the United States, with a special focus on neurodiversity-affirming, child-led strategies that honor your child’s unique communication style.

Our consultations are collaborative, judgment-free conversations designed to empower caregivers with practical tools and deeper understanding. You don’t need a formal diagnosis or evaluation to schedule a consult—just bring your questions, concerns, or curiosities.

Expressive & Receptive Language Development – Understand where your child is right now and explore ways to support their communication in everyday routines and play.
AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) – Get guidance on choosing, customizing, modeling, and implementing AAC systems in ways that feel natural and respectful to your child’s autonomy.
IEP Review & Goal Suggestions – We can review your child’s current IEP, provide neurodiversity-affirming feedback, and help you advocate for goals that center your child’s strengths and meaningful growth.
Gestalt Language Processing – Learn how to recognize, support, and nurture gestalt language development through naturalistic language modeling and connection.
Support Strategies Across Settings – Talk through how to support regulation, communication, and connection at home, school, therapy sessions, or out in the community.

FAQ

Do you accept insurance?

We are a private pay practice and do not accept insurance at this time. However, we provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies, so we recommend checking with your provider to see what’s included in your plan. We're here to support you in that process and can answer any questions you have about using your superbill.

What are the costs of services?

$125 for a 60-minute session

$75 for a 30-minute session

This applies to both direct speech therapy sessions and caregiver consultations. Evaluation costs may vary depending on your child’s needs and will be discussed during your initial phone consultation. We are happy to provide a superbill upon request for possible out-of-network insurance reimbursement. Please reach out with any questions—we’re here to help!

Where do you provide services?

We offer in-person services within a 15-mile radius of Phoenixville, PA, including your child’s home, school, daycare, or community setting. We also offer virtual consultations for families located anywhere in the United States.

I live farther than 15 miles from Phoenixville, PA. Can my child still receive services through Communicate Your Way Speech Therapy?

Yes! We’re happy to serve families beyond the 15-mile radius of Phoenixville, PA. If you live within 5 miles of Wynnewood, PA, you can also receive services without any additional travel fee. For families located between 15–25 miles from Phoenixville, we charge a $50 travel fee per session to help cover the extended travel time.
