We are a private pay practice and do not accept insurance at this time. However, we provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies, so we recommend checking with your provider to see what’s included in your plan. We're here to support you in that process and can answer any questions you have about using your superbill.

$125 for a 60-minute session

$75 for a 30-minute session

This applies to both direct speech therapy sessions and caregiver consultations. Evaluation costs may vary depending on your child’s needs and will be discussed during your initial phone consultation. We offer in-person services within a 15-mile radius of Phoenixville, PA, including your child’s home, school, daycare, or community setting. We also offer virtual consultations for families located anywhere in the United States.

Yes! We’re happy to serve families beyond the 15-mile radius of Phoenixville, PA. If you live within 5 miles of Wynnewood, PA, you can also receive services without any additional travel fee. For families located between 15–25 miles from Phoenixville, we charge a $50 travel fee per session to help cover the extended travel time.
